Our policies have been designed to keep our office running efficiently and make it comfortable for our patients to receive needed care. By running an efficient office we are able to keep our fees reasonable, so for all examinations, x-rays and maintenace visits, we request payment at the time of service. We will provide you with the necessary documents for your submittal to your insurance company for reimbursement.
When treatment is recommended, as a courtesy, we will file your insurance claims for surgical and non-surgical procedures. Pre-estimates can gladly be sent if requested. All-co-payments are payable when you check-in for the procedure(s). Upon receipt of an insurance payment, any balance due will be billed to you. If you have deposited an excessive co-payment, it will be refunded to you.
For your convenience, payments may be made with cash, personal check, Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. They are well informed and up-to-date.
We also have a variety of options for our patients such as extended payment plans through third party financing options, such as Carecredit and Springstone. Please feel free to discuss these options with our financial coordinator.
